The Special Victims Bureau investigates and prosecutes cases of domestic violence, child abuse, elder abuse, sex crimes and human trafficking.

 

Bureau Chief Jenna Hastings leads the Bureau. Assistant District Attorney Luba Reznikova handles serious special victims felonies as well as serving as the Director of the Intimate Partner Intervention Task Force. Assistant District Attorney Priscilla Nieves handles Domestic Violence calender in Kingston City Court which meets every Friday. Assistant District Attorney Sajaa Ahmed handles Domestic Violence Survivors' Justice Act applications. Legal Assistant Marissa R. Martino acts as a support to Bureau. Sarah Kramer-Harrison serves as Director of Projects for the Intimate Partner Violence Intervention Task Force.

 

We are assisted by the Ulster County Crime Victims' Assistance Program, which assists our prosecutors to support victims of crime.
