The Annual Report is management's representation of the County's financial state. The county has established a comprehensive internal control framework designed to compile sufficient reliable information to protect the County from financial loss, theft, or misuse and to prepare financial statements in conformity with GAAP. It includes financial information about individual activities and the overall entity in order to give the maximum understanding of the County's financial activities. The data is accurate in all material aspects and presented in a manner designed to fairly represent the financial position as well as the results of County operations.
