Ulster County and the Ulster County Legislature require timely and accurate information on the wages and salaries paid to the people working for its contractors and subcontractors.
In July of 2022, the Ulster County Legislature adopted Resolution 288 requiring that any contractor or subcontractor providing services to the County to submit, upon request, information regarding payroll, including all employees that provide, or assist in providing, such services to the County in order to properly fulfill its fiduciary responsibly to the Ulster County taxpayers.
