Lower Esopus Steam Management Plan
Ulster County and the Lower Esopus Creek Advisory Council (LECAC) are collaborating on a Stream Management Plan for Lower Esopus Creek. The Stream Management Plan is an evidence-based evaluation of Lower Esopus Creek’s current conditions and will be used to determine the best way to protect the stream moving forward.
